Terms & Conditions

Desert Fun Tourism LLC

Welcome to Desert Fun Tourism. By using our website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all products and services listed on www.desertfun.ae unless specified otherwise.

1. Definitions & Agreement

  • Customer: Includes all individuals named in the booking form.
  • Product: Refers to any tour, service, or activity offered by Desert Fun Tourism LLC (hereafter “Desert Fun”).
  • By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to these terms and assumes full responsibility for all individuals included in the booking.
  • All contracts are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Website Operations

Our website operates in two ways:

  • Online Bookings: For desert safaris, activities, and transfers. Availability, pricing, and payments are shown in real-time.
  • Custom Packages: For group requests or special tours, we accept offline inquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

4. Prices & Travel Arrangements

  • Prices may change due to fuel surcharges, government taxes, seasonal variations, or changes in third-party supplier costs.
  • Desert Fun reserves the right to adjust prices before booking confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

  • Option – Desert Safaris & Activities: 50% deposit required. Balance can be paid on pickup

All payments are accepted via VISA/MasterCard in AED or USD. Online payment information must match the cardholder’s identity.

6. Payment Security

We use secure payment gateways to ensure your transactions are safe. All personal and payment data is handled in accordance with industry security standards. We do not serve OFAC-sanctioned countries.

7. Booking Amendments & Cancellations

  • Up to 4 days before activity: Full refund
  • Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund
  • Force Majeure: Desert Fun may cancel bookings due to weather, natural disasters, government action, or safety concerns. In such cases, alternative dates or full refunds may be offered.

8. Customer Cancellation Fees

  • Up to 14 days before tour: 0%
  • 7 to 2 days before: 50%
  • 1 day or less: 100% non-refundable

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the lead passenger.

9. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued within 30 working days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are subject to admin fees, hotel policies, or third-party costs.
  • Partial service use or no-show bookings are non-refundable.

10. Health, Safety & Eligibility

  • Travelers must be physically and mentally fit for the booked activity.
  • Activities such as dune bashing and quad biking are not recommended for pregnant women or guests with heart/back conditions.
  • Desert Fun reserves the right to exclude anyone deemed unfit or unsafe for participation, without a refund.

11. Travel & Health Insurance

It is highly recommended to have full travel and health insurance to cover cancellations, accidents, injuries, or other unforeseen events.

12. Liability Disclaimer

Desert Fun Tourism is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages caused during activities or due to third-party providers. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the customer at all times.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of booking will apply.
