1. Introduction

Welcome to Desert Fun Tourism. By booking our tours or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Deposit: A minimum deposit of AED 100 per person is required upon booking.
  • Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than six weeks before the tour date.
  • Late Bookings: For bookings made within six weeks of the tour date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Pricing

  • Inclusions: Prices include planning, organization, accommodation, and staff services as specified in the tour description.
  • Exclusions: Prices do not include personal expenses, travel insurance, international flights, visas, or any other services not specified in the tour description.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Before the Tour: Full refund with no questions asked.
  • Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Tour: 50% of the tour price will be charged.
  • Cancellations Made at the Time of the Tour or Within 30 Minutes Prior: No refund will be provided. Refund claims in such cases are subject to management’s discretion.

5. Changes to Bookings

  • Rescheduling: You can change your tour up to 6 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

6. Travel Insurance

  • It is essential to have adequate travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, and other potential risks.

7. Health and Safety

  • Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to undertake the tour.
  • Restrictions: Certain activities may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions. Please refer to the activity descriptions for more information.

8. Liability

  • Third-Party Services: We act as agents for various suppliers and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these suppliers.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

9. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and comply with entry requirements for the destination.
